1. Who provides the software and handles the purchase
The software publisher is Mixfield, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), registered office 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under 106 353 899, SIRET 106 353 899 00011. Share capital: €1,000. VAT number: FR94106353899. Business phone: +33 9 72 19 32 27. Contact Mixfield at support@mixfieldplugins.com for product, licence or technical-support questions.
Purchases identified at checkout as Sold through Link use Stripe Managed Payments. The applicable Link purchase terms identify the entity handling your transaction and its responsibilities. These Mixfield terms describe the software and licence we provide; they do not replace Link’s terms or limit your mandatory rights. Mixfield remains responsible for its software and its own obligations.
Link handles payment-related support, applicable indirect taxes and transaction documents. Mixfield provides the download, licence and product support.
2. Product information and compatibility
The product page describes the plugin, supported operating systems and plugin formats, and any required compatible host software. Check those requirements before purchasing. Where a trial is offered, its duration is stated with the product; a trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
3. Price and payment
The final amount, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Any tax exemption or adjustment depends on the information provided and the checks performed at checkout. The checkout total is the amount you authorise. A one-time licence purchase does not create a recurring subscription.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, Mixfield provides the licence key and access to the download electronically. Licence information is sent to the purchase email address and is available through the Mixfield customer account at /account. Delivery is intended to be immediate after confirmation; if the key or download is unavailable, contact support so we can resolve the issue without undue delay.
Stripe sends transaction receipts and invoices separately. Payment and billing queries can also be raised through the support link on the transaction email.
5. Software licence and activation
Purchasing a licence grants permission to use the plugin; it does not transfer ownership of the software. You retain the rights to audio you create using the plugin, including commercial productions.
The licence is non-transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Each licence is for one user. That user may activate it within the computer limit applicable to the licence. A company may purchase a licence for one designated user; the licence may not be shared between multiple users.
Unless the offer states otherwise, a new licence permits activation on two computers. This is a device limit; it does not itself define a multi-user licence. Existing licences retain the limits applicable to them.
You may manage and deactivate computers through your Mixfield account, accessed with an email sign-in code. Keep access to your purchase email address and do not disclose your licence key publicly.
New plugin versions require internet access for initial activation and periodic licence verification. A successfully renewed paid activation allows up to seven days offline, measured from its last renewal. When that period ends, the plugin needs an online verification before licensed processing can continue. A deactivated computer may lose access at its next successful online verification, including a check at plugin startup. An explicitly issued permanent offline entitlement is exempt from periodic verification.
A perpetual licence has no scheduled subscription end date. It does not mean every activation is permanently offline. Mandatory conformity and update obligations remain unaffected.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
The applicable Sold through Link terms, Link refund policy and mandatory consumer rights apply to the purchase. Link currently provides a 14-day cooling-off period for EU and UK consumers from access to or delivery of the purchased product. Follow Link’s refund-support procedure and identify a cooling-off request as such. Mixfield will help route requests sent to our support address.
Mixfield also offers a voluntary full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days after purchase, including if you simply change your mind. This offer applies whether or not you downloaded or activated the plugin. Email support@mixfieldplugins.com with your purchase email address and order reference. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method. This voluntary period does not shorten any longer period or remedy available under applicable law or Link’s terms.
Nothing here narrows Link’s refund policy or statutory remedies. When a purchase is fully refunded, the associated licence and computer activations are revoked; you must stop using that refunded licence. A refund does not transfer ownership of your audio to Mixfield.
7. Conformity, updates and support
Your purchase includes future updates released for the purchased plugin at no additional charge.
Consumers retain all applicable legal rights concerning digital-content conformity, required updates and remedies. These terms do not exclude them. If the plugin does not work as described, contact support with the product version, operating system, host software and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Where applicable law entitles you to correction, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement, those rights remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Complaints, disputes and personal data
For software or licence complaints, contact support@mixfieldplugins.com. For transaction complaints, you may also contact Link through its Sold through Link support pages.
Nothing in these terms removes a consumer’s right to seek relief in a competent court or the mandatory protections applicable in their country.
Mixfield’s use of customer and activation data is described separately in Privacy policy. Link’s processing is described in its own privacy notice.
9. Versions of these terms
The version supplied for your purchase applies to that purchase. Later website changes do not automatically reduce existing licence rights. English and French versions are intended to express the same terms; discrepancies must not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
